Own lift-plan production for 6 field crews across North America — procedures, crane load charts, rigging dimensions, and site layout, each approved in time for the crew's start date.
Plan replacements for major nacelle components — gearboxes, main and pitch bearings, hub sections, and full blade swaps — anything inside the nacelle that can be exchanged up-tower.
Between plans, take on design and drawing work. Currently designing and modelling a swamp-mat rack for the rear of a transport trailer — sized to stay firmly seated under heavy braking loads.
Handle engineering change notices (ECNs) and equipment documentation, building fluency with product data management (PDM) workflows across the engineering document lifecycle.

Produced 80+ fabrication and assembly drawings for cranes and heavy-lift rigging in AutoCAD and AutoCRANE, improving drawing accuracy and database standardization across the team.
Designed detailed usage, assembly, and setup drawings for heavy-lift transport systems including jack-and-slide and SPMT interfaces, reducing field complexity and supporting safer, faster on-site execution.
Developed the project drawing package for a 150-ton transformer install at Bruce Power and 100-ton steam generators at Pickering Nuclear — supporting critical nuclear infrastructure upgrades.
Built Excel-based automation that converts crane load configuration data into standardized, engineer-readable documents, improving that workflow by roughly 90%.
